The group is headed up by group director and CEO Paulo Gonçalves who has more than 29 years’ experience in the building and allied industries. He is a visionary with aggressive goals and has built up considerable momentum with the group. Paul believes there is always “enough for everybody”, and as such makes an excellent partner where joint ventures are a possibility. Paul is assisted in the Project development and marketing departments by P.J. Krog and Chic Berkhout, who has been an entrepreneur in various businesses for over 44 years.
Procurement and administration is taken care of by, Phiwile Manukuza and Estelle Krog.
Denton Sanders and Jorge Goncalves head up the Project management team, and Temba Lekalogwe is our Senior Site Manager.
The accounting department is headed up by Richard and Sue Atkins (CA).
A new addition to the group is Davprop CC (CK2002/097314/23), trading as Kingdom Leasing. This company is duly registered with the Estate Agents Board, and the team is headed up by Chantal de Freitas, who is assisted by Minante Campher, and Adele Cronje. The company takes very good care of all rental properties in the fold. Extensive use is made of the Tenant Network Profile, which is the backbone of ITC and tenant profile checks, and a property management system. Very strict rules are applied in the landlord/tenant relationship, in order to maintain the buildings in tip top shape, and to ensure a good, safe and decent environment for all the tenants. This has quickly led to a very high demand for our rental units.
